New seasonal flights coming to YLW
Kelowna International Airport (YLW) has announced new seasonal flights for this spring and summer.
Starting in May, direct flights will resume for seasonal service to four destinations from YLW, including Winnipeg, Kitchener/Waterloo, Regina and Saskatoon.
YLW officials say the new flights are part of an ongoing commitment to provide more options and destinations for travellers in the Okanagan.
“We are excited to introduce these routes and give our customers more options when it comes to air travel,” Sam Samaddar, airport director, said. “Our goal is always to provide the best service possible and these flights will help us do just that.”
