The unique business in the 3600 block of the road, is located next to Mabel Lake Provincial Park.

There is a retail shop located right on the dock currently offers general goods, rental services and marine fuelling and 20 moorage slips.

On the dock, there are two additional floating barges; one is currently set up as a bar with a kitchen.

The seasonal business has also rented all types of boats and non-motorized watercraft.

There is also one acre of land with a cabin overlooking the water.
