Change of mayor in Enderby

Enderby citizens have voted for change with their elected leader.
Two-term mayor Greg McCune was ousted by challenger Huck Galbraith in Saturday’s election, with Galbraith collecting 53.7 per cent of the votes (416) compared to McCune’s 44.8 per cent (347).
Four incumbents led the councillor voting: Roxanne Davyduke, Shawn Shishido, Brian Schreiner and Tundra Bair. Newly elected were Sarah Yerhoff and David Ramey.
The total ballots cast was 775 of the 2,546 eligible for a turnout of 30.4 per cent.
