Gas falls below $2

The price of petrol is coming down in Vernon.

The gas price tracking website GasBuddy reports the Super Save station on 25th Ave. was selling gasoline for $1.99.9 per litre.

The decrease marks the time since May that a station in Vernon was selling for less than $2.

While the Super Save’s price is listed at $1.99.9, a majority of the local stations still had their prices set at $2.03.9 as of time of publication.
