Vintage cars on display in Vernon Father’s Day

Classic, antique and custom cars will be on display in Vernon Sunday.

The North Okanagan Chapter of the Vintage Car Club is bringing back its Father’s Day event after a two-year hiatus under the COVID-19 pandemic.

The event will showcase at least 24 vintage cars from the club.

The car show will run from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Village Green Shopping Centre on Sunday, June 19.

Admission is by donation and Jack Verhoeff with the non-profit Vintage Cars Club told Vernon Matters the money collected from the show will be used to buy tools and supplies for the area school’s shop classes.
