A Lake Country man plans to treat himself after winning a Lotto 6/49 draw.
Joshua Sherman told the B.C. Lottery Corporation (BCLC) he intends to use some of the $47,849.70 he won to buy himself a new computer.
Sherman was driving to his parent’s house when his girlfriend checked the numbers.
“I didn’t believe it,” Sherman told the BCLC. “A few days later it really set in once I told my parents and I got really emotional.”
