Kamloops RCMP seek information on suspects in assault and theft cases

The RCMP are asking for the public’s help identifying an assault and a theft suspect.

Mounties in Kamloops say the alleged assault occurred at the North Shore bus exchange at around 3:20 p.m. Tuesday.

The RCMP released a photo to assist in identifying the male suspect.

The man is described as being in his 50s. He has brown eyes and a moustache. At the time of the incident he was wearing a grey and white jacket, toque and brown boots.

Kamloops RCMP are also seeking a suspect in a theft investigation.

Mounties say approximately $100 of merchandise was stolen from a store in the 900-block of Columbia St. West at around 5:50 p.m. Tuesday.

The RCMP have released a picture of the suspect woman.

She is described as being in her 30s. At the time of the alleged theft she was wearing a grey jacket, cheetah cardigan over the shoulder, and black pants.
