Door to door food drive supports Lumby Food Bank

First Responders Emergency Food Drive in Lumby goes Wednesday

The 7th annual First Responders Emergency Food Drive in Lumby is set to go on Wednesday, Oct. 6.

Starting at 5:30 p.m., first responders in Lumby will have their sirens wailing and volunteers will be going door to door to collect donations in support of the Lumby and District Food Bank.

The public is asked to have donations bagged up in advance and left at the end of the driveways.

Cash donations are also being accepted. The money can be directly given to the volunteers.
