Body of missing man found

RCMP say the body of a man reported missing from Lake Country has been found.

Jan Paleta, 58, was reported missing by his friends and family on Sept. 17 after not hearing from him for several days.

RCMP say the cause of death is not considered suspicious at this time.

The BC Coroners Service is involved in the investigation and no further information is being provided at this time.
