Water project will cause traffic disruption on Pleasant Valley Road in Vernon

A portion of Pleasant Valley Road will be closed Wednesday (Sept. 15) to motorists for the installation of a water service.

Pleasant Valley Road will only be accessible to local traffic between Silver Star Road and Rimer Road starting at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

The work is expected to be complete in the same day, though the City of Vernon does note that the timeline may change if any emergencies arise.

Some delays are to be expected, and non-local motorists are advised to use a detour route.
