Bylaw beefed-up in West Kelowna

The City of West Kelowna is enhancing bylaw compliance response, extending customer service hours from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. seven days a week until Sept. 30.
Previously, the city upgraded bylaw customer service from Victoria Day through Labour Day to address increased summer call volumes; then hours would return to 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays. However, as the city continues to grow and requests for bylaw compliance increase beyond summer months, staffing is being incrementally enhanced to meet demands and ensure quality service.
