Missing Falkland man

The Vernon North Okanagan RCMP is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing senior from Falkland.

Seventy-two year old Bjorn Collness, was last seen Sept. 9 at 1:30 a.m, while traveling from Falkland to Kamloops B.C.

The man’s van was discovered by police west of Westwold on Sept. 12.

He is described as a caucasian male with blue eyes, and brown hair.

Collness is roughly 5 ‘7 and was last seen wearing a Harley Davidson t-shirt, with grey and black camoflauge shorts and brown running shoes.

A blue mountain bike with a motor on the back is also missing from the back of Collness’ vehicle, according to family.
