Sanderson’s Highlight Goal

VERNON – Vernon Viper forward Ben Sanderson, scored the Lake City Casino’s Goal Of The Game when he netted the tying goal during a BCHL exhibition game against the AJHL’s Brooks Bandits. Sanderson scored the unassisted breakaway goal during the second period to tie the game at 2-all. The Vipers would need overtime to defeat the Bandits 3-2 (CLICK HERE to read more).

The 19-year-old forward from Calgary, Alberta is in his second season with the Vernon Vipers. The son of former NHL’er Geoff Sanderson has already secured an NCAA scholarship with Colorado College for the 2020-21 season.
