Free Healing Session in Kelowna

Let’s gather in this park once again to bask in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and receive a free Reiki Session, while we relax in this sun.

Feel free to bring a snack to share, like fruit!

What to expect:

• 6:00 p.m. arrival
• We will then create a circle with yoga mats and dive into some breath work and meditation as well as intention setting.
• I will then offer sound healing with heart chakra and crown chakra crystal singing bowls and chimes.
• Reiki sessions with relaxing music will be offered.
• Close with deep integration meditation.
• Share snacks and optional socialize!
• 7:30 p.m. close.

This is a beautiful way to connect to Mother Nature and to meet people in the area who enjoy meditation, reiki and sound healing.
