BC Transit is making changes to bus routes between Lumby and Coldstream and to Enderby in order to make things easier for workers at the VegPro packing facility and for senior citizens.
Starting June 2nd, the number 61 bus to Lumby will serve the VegPro facility on Ricardo Road.
As well, the number 60 bus to Enderby will stop at Heaton Place Seniors Centre on Wright Street.
BC Transit and the North Okanagan Regional District says the changes are based on feedback from the local governments to promote ridership in residential areas, and to serve the seniors’ centre and new vegetable packing facility.
