Home Invasion Suspect Arrested, Another Still At Large

Police have arrested a suspect in a home invasion February 28th on Pretty Road in Lake Country.

Alec Ambrosius Roberts was arrested Monday and has been charged with break and enter, and assault with a weapon.

He’s been remanded in custody and will appear in court in Kelowna Thursday.

RCMP have released a photo of a second suspect from the home invasion, hoping it will generate tips.

“Police are releasing a photo of a second suspect in hopes that someone can identify this male,” says Cst. Lesley Smith with Kelowna RCMP. “Anyone with information that can assist this investigation is asked to contact the Lake Country RCMP at (250) 766-2288.”
