Vehicles Damaged In Hit and Run

RCMP in Vernon are involved in a hit and run investigation.

Constable Kelly Brett says two vehicles were hit this morning by another vehicle, with no injuries.

Brett says they are working on more details, but she notes it did not involve a police pursuit.

“It is not an active pursuit,” says Brett in an email to Beach Radio News. “It is a hit and run investigation and we are currently working on details.”

Reports on social media says an SUV driven by a man, ran into some vehicles, and had sustained extensive back and front end damage.
