District of Coldstream Election Results

Jim Garlick has been returned for a fourth term as Coldstream mayor.

Garlick, a science teacher at Fulton Secondary, easily defeated a challenge from former councillor and retired lawyer Bill Firman, 2154 votes to 419.

Newcomer Ruth Hoyte, former owner of A-E Berry Insurance, topped the councillor polls with 1862.

Pat Cochrane was second at 1828, Doug Dirk, another incumbent was third at 1801, followed by newcomer Stephanie Hoffman at 1658, incumbent Richard Enns at 1629 and veteran Glen Taylor got the final spot at 1587.
