Kelowna and West Kelowna Election Results

Colin Basran has been returned as Kelowna mayor for a second term.

A total of 32,132 voters cast a ballot in Kelowna and the unofficial results are in: Colin Basran will serve as City of Kelowna Mayor after receiving 18,118 votes or 56.95 per cent of votes cast.

Unofficially, 2018-2022 City Councillors are:

Maxine DeHart (16,706 votes)
Gail Given (16,323 votes)
Luke Stack (15,150 votes)
Brad Sieben (14,675 votes)
Mohini Singh (14,586 votes)
Charlie Hodge (14,429 votes)
Ryan Donn (13,236 votes)
Loyal Wooldridge (12,495 votes)
School District No. 23 Board of Education Trustees for the City of Kelowna are: Lee-Ann Tiede, Norah Bowman, Rolli Cacchioni and Julia Fraser.

The Chief Election Officer will make a determination of the official results and will declare the results official by Oct. 24.

In West Kelowna, GORD MILSOM was elected MAYOR and the following have been elected as COUNCILLOR:
• STEPHEN JOHNSTON
• JAYSON ZILKIE
• RICK DE JONG
• DOUG FINDLATER
• CAROL ZANON
• JASON FRIESEN

CHANTELLE DESROSIERS was elected School Trustee.

A total of 7,585 ballots were cast. With an estimated 24,520 eligible voters, this indicates a voter turnout of 29.13% Preliminary poll tallies indicating vote counts are available at www.westkelownacity.ca/election.
