Do you have concert plans for this year here in town or are you getting out of dodge for a show date? Johnny Reid with Glass Tiger performs on March 6 at Kelowna’s Prospera Place and two nights later Santana performs there March 8. As well a Canadian icon is performing there in late spring. You’ll find the details below.

Radiohead has announced plans for a summer North American arena tour. The tour kicks off July 7th in Chicago and will include a three-night stand at Madison Square Garden in New York. So far there Canadian dates planned for Montreal and Toronto in July. No word yet on a Vancouver date. Meantime you can have a listen to this, and check out other concert news and music updates!

The Foo Fighters will at Vancouver’s Rogers Arena on Saturday, Sept 8. Tickets are on sale now.

If you happen to be in London, England in September you might consider this concert. “Tainted Love’s” Soft Cell will have one last farewell concert. Marc Almond and Dave Ball are reuniting on September 30th at London’s 02 Arena for one last show. “Almond said the last ever final show will be the best ever ending and a ‘Thank-you” to every fan”, states The Guardian/Rolling Stone

Homegrown, multi-million selling recording artist Bryan Adams is back and will embark on a Canadian arena tour this summer. The tour comes in support of his latest album Ultimate, which is out now and features two brand new tracks plus all the hits.

Bryan Adams The Ultimate Tour kicks off in Victoria, BC on June 5 before travelling across the country and finishing in Toronto, ON on August 3.

Bryan Adams is one of the most exciting live musicians in the world and his energetic performance, effortless stage presence and incredible vocals are guaranteed to thrill and entertain. Todd Rundgren is reuniting with mid-’70s members of UTOPIA for a North American tour. Bassist Kasim Sulton, drummer Willie Wilcox and keyboardist Ralph Shuckett will join Todd Rundgren’s Utopia 2018 Tour, which kicks off on April 18th in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania.

The Monkees Michael Nesmith and Micky Dolenz will tour together this summer as a duo. ‘The Monkees Present: The Mike and Micky Show’ will have them performing the hits and deep cuts from The Monkees’ catalog. The tour begins on June 1st in Chandler, Arizona.

The George Harrison memorial concert is not only coming to video today, it’ll be in select theaters for one night only during the week of March 5th. Eric Clapton put together the 2002 Concert for George that featured Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Tom Petty.

Imagine Dragons have announced more tour dates for the summer. The summer tour dates will start on June 5th in Hartford, Connecticut, with Grace Vanderwaal as the opening act. No Vancouver date as of yet(See post here)

No doubt you’ll get to hear alot of great musical talent this summer with NBC’s return of “America’s Got Talent. All of the judges and host Tyra Banks are returning, and it looks as if the show will return again the following summer as Simon Cowell has already signed on through 2019. Auditions are currently underway. The Premiere date hasn’t been released yet.
