Road Work Creates Minor Delays

The City of Vernon is resuming work along 27th Street between 39th and 43rd Avenues.

Crews will be preparing the road for for paving, with the project to be done by the end of September.

The City says every reasonable effort will be made to minimize the disruption to traffic, although motorists should be prepared for minor delays.

Traffic may be reduced to single lane in both directions.
