Okanagan And Kalamalka Lakes Drop More
It was a good weekend for the lakes to recede.
Tom Wilson with the Central Regional District’s Emergency Operations Centre says both Okanagan Lake and Kalamalka Lake are down.
“It looks like it’s gone down almost two centimetressince yesterday on Okanagan Lake and Kalamalka Lake is also down a little bit more actually, a bit more like 2.9 centimetres.”
Kal Lake is down just over 4 centimetres since Friday, while Okanagan Lake is down over 7 centimetres.
