Auris Loop Will Assist Hearing in Council Meetings

Hearing-impaired citizens attending Council meetings at City Hall will now be able to use the Auris loop device to better hear proceedings. The Auris loop device allows users with a t-coil or telecoil-designed hearing aid to receive Council Chamber audio directly into their hearing aids.

The City also has portable headsets available for loan at City Hall reception for meeting attendees that lack these specific types of hearing aid.
