Armstrong Studies Master Water Plan

Armstrong Council will get a final look at the community`s Master Water Plan next month.

Council this week had a look at the draft plan from the consultant working on it.

Mayor Chris Pieper says it`s an analysis of the city`s entire water system.

“Our distribution, our capacities. It goes through all of the flows for fire protection.“

Mayor Pieper says the city need to know how to meet growth.

“We want to know what kind of water availability and what fire protection and soforth that we have available in the community”

Pieper says it also reviews expansion possibilities.`

The draft plan has been worked on for about a year.
