Indecent Exposure on Rail Trail

RCMP are investigating a report of indecent exposure on the Okanagan Rail Trail in Coldstream.

A female says a man was seen masturbating in a wooded area Tuesday afternoon in the first beach area, about one kilometre from Kickwillie Loop.

“The male continued to masturbate and began walking toward the complainant and acknowledge her verbally. The woman ignored the man and as she looked over to get her dog out of the water, the man saw the dog and put his genitals back in his shorts and departed the area,” says Cpl. Dan Moskaluk.

The male is described as Caucasian, about 45-50 years old, 5’10” tall, and was wearing dark shorts.

RCMP ask the public to report any other similar incidents, and for those who use the “Rail Trail” in this area to be aware of the reported incident.
