Duteau Water Back On Tap

Greater Vernon is back to having two water sources supplying customers.

The Regional District of North Okanagan says maintenance work on the Duteau Creek system has been completed, and the source is flowing again.

The Kal Lake source, through the Mission Hill Treatment Plant, had been supplying all homes and businesses since the repairs started on Monday.

“With the return to normal operations, there are no health related affects to our customers,” says a media release from Greater Vernon Water.
