SilverStar Gondola Project Delayed

That 30 centimetre dump of snow up at SilverStar last week has delayed construction of the new gondola.

Originally scheduled to open on Saturday, July 7th, it won’t be ready until the following weekend, Saturday, July 14, 2018.

Operations  Director Brad Baker says it was decided to delay the grand opening festivities to ensure a safe and timely completion.

The resort’s bike park opening date was not affected by the weather and will open as scheduled this Saturday.
