Vernon North Okanagan RCMP are investigating a break and enter at a business where two dirt bikes were stolen over the weekend.

Officers were called Saturday to the 6300 block of Highway 97 after the overnight theft.

Police say suspects gained entry to the locked compound by cutting a chain link fence.

While two dirt bikes were taken from the property — one was recovered later on a near-by property.

Police are now looking for a 2014 KTM orange and black dirt bike and are urging people with information to contact them.
