Apparent Shots Fired in Polson Park; Confirmed as Fireworks by RCMP

A listener of Beach Radio has informed us of possible 10 shots being fired in an area west of Polson Park early this morning at around 2:30am.

The witness says police were on the scene investigating, and discovered it was from fireworks being fired off.

Vernon RCMP say there will definitely be consequences to setting off fireworks in City limits at 2:30 in the morning.
