Court Dates Set For Sagmoen

Court dates have been set for a man charged with offences involving sex trade workers near Falkland last summer.

Curtis Wayne Sagmoen is scheduled to have three trials for the eight charges he is facing.

A preliminary inquiry will be held Oct. 22 for charges of pointing a firearm uttering threats and disguising his face.

On charges of assault and assault causing bodily harm, a preliminary inquiry will be held Dec 10th.

And on a charge of mischief, a trial date was set for Dec 13th.
