Local Highways Very Slippery…Accidents Reported

Roads in the North Okanagan are very slippery from last night’s snowfall.

Motorists are reporting vehicles in the ditch on Hwy 97, in particular by the Bailey Road turn-off,  affecting South bound traffic.

Also Silver Star Road is experiencing delays with a truck blocking traffic.

Motorists are urged to drive carefully or avoid trouble areas by staying away until conditions improve.
