Wide Range In Gas Prices

You definitely will want to shop around if you’re buying gas in Vernon today.

Prices range from $1.25.9 as litre to $1.39.9 — a 14 cent difference.

Most of the outlets in Kamloops and Kelowna are at similar levels.

Analyst Dan McTeague with GasBuddy.com says it could be just short term pain as stations adjust their retail margins due to higher prices they’re paying for gas.

He expects the prices to start decreasing — at least a few cents — by next week.
