Local business leader in race for Kelowna city council

A local business leader will be among a long list of contenders for Kelowna City Council in the October election.

Les Bellamy, the founder of Bellamy Homes, said the same lessons that built his business are the lessons he believes City Hall needs today.

He said for more than 30 years, he’s been accountable for major decisions, large budgets, and delivering measurable results.

Bellamy is campaigning for safer neighbourhoods, affordable housing, responsible growth and respect for taxpayers.
