One injured after shed fire in West Kelowna

One person suffered minor burn injuries after a shed caught fire between four mobile homes in West Kelowna on Tuesday night.

West Kelowna Fire Rescue crews were dispatched to the 2000 block of Highway 97 at about 9 p.m. after reports of a fire.

First responders found the detached shed fully engulfed in flames. Crews quickly extinguished the fire, but two nearby mobile homes sustained exterior damage from the blaze.

The injured resident was treated at the scene for minor burns.
