Armstrong Spallumcheen Chamber hosting candidate forums ahead of election

Voters in Armstrong and Spallumcheen will have a chance to hear from prospective future council members next month.

In late-September, the Armstrong Spallumcheen Chamber of Commerce will host a series off candidates forums at Odd Fellows Hall in Armstrong, giving residents a chance to hear directly from prospective municipal councillors ahead of the fall election.

“These important community events provide voters with an opportunity to hear directly from candidates seeking election in the upcoming municipal election,” the Armstrong Spallumcheen Chamber of Commerce said in a media release.

“Candidates will be invited to share their perspectives on key issues affecting our communities, discuss their priorities, and respond to questions on topics important to local residents and businesses.”
