Kelowna residents invited to design city’s next election sticker

Kelowna residents are being asked to put their creativity to work ahead of this fall’s municipal election by designing the city’s next “I Voted” sticker.

The City of Kelowna is inviting students, artists, designers and community members of all ages to submit original sticker designs that could be handed out at voting locations during the 2026 municipal election.

Three winning designs will be selected and featured on stickers worn by voters across the city on election day.

“Voting shapes the future of our city,” Chief Election Officer Michael Jud said in a statement. “Designing the ‘I Voted’ sticker lets people be part of that moment and help encourage others to take part too.”

The contest is open to all Kelowna residents. Submissions must include the words “I Voted,” be non-partisan and family-friendly, and reflect the spirit of the community.

Each of the three winning artists will receive a $250 prize and the opportunity to see their design shared with voters across Kelowna.

Contest details are available at kelowna.ca/election.
