Vernon “drug house” raided

Police raided a home in Vernon as part of a drug trafficking investigation Wednesday.
At around 1 p.m. June 24, Vernon North Okanagan RCMP and the RCMP Southeast District Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at a house in the 3900 block of 24th Avenue.
Area residents told Vernon Matters the property was known as an alleged “drug house.”
Mounties told Vernon Matters that police were able to enter the home where they seized “a quantity of suspected fentanyl and cash.”
