SURREY — Homicide investigators are looking into the death of a man who was found gravely injured in Surrey, B.C., late Wednesday and later died in hospital.

Surrey police say they were called about the injured man around 9:10 p.m. in the 9700 block of 134 Street.

Police didn’t specify the type of injuries, but say paramedics also attended the scene and took the man to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

They say that while the investigation is still in its early stages, the incident appears to have been isolated.
