A Vernon youth sports program is looking for some financial support.
ACE Hoops is a U12 competitive boys basketball club, and this past year the team won one of four tournaments they played in despite having limited gym time and only being able to practice twice a week for one hour periods over a 12-week span.
To help secure more practice times and cover the rising costs of running the club, participating in the tourneys, purchasing new equipment, and cover the costs for referees and scorekeepers for exhibition games, ACE Hoops launched a sponsorship opportunity, asking people and businesses to support the team on a tiered system of between $50 to $1,500 and beyond.
