2025 Vernon Jazz Fall Season

Vernon Jazz Club fall season begins in September

The local jazz club will host a number of performances over the coming months.

The Vernon Jazz Club will open the 2025 Jazz Fall Season with a performance by Penny Shades on Saturday, Sept. 6.

Penny Shades is an alt-soul band from Nelson B.C. that the Vernon Jazz Club said delivers “a captivating blend of modern grooves, psychedelic flair, and standout harmonies.”

The fall season will continue with performances by:

  • Don MacDonald Sextet (Sept. 20)
  • Electric Miles (Oct. 4)
  • Adam Robert Thomas (Oct. 18)
  • Dylan Hayes Trio (Nov. 1)
  • ES:MO (Nov. 15).
  • Poppa Dawg (Nov. 29)
  • Chris Startup & Campbell Ryga (Dec. 13)
  • News Year’s with Justin Glibbery Quintet (Dec. 31)

Details about the artists featured in the 2025 Jazz Fall Season can be seen at the Vernon Jazz Club website.

The jazz club said it would also continue to host Jazz Jams through the season, allowing “seasoned musicians and talented students” to take tot he stage and perform in the club.
