Kelowna’s skyline rises

Things are looking up, literally in downtown Kelowna.

Residents are moving into the first tower at Water Street by the Park.

It’s a 24-storey building near City Park.

Next up is the 42-storey ‘Eli’ tower, opening in September.

It’ll be the tallest building between Calgary and the Lower Mainland.

A third tower is also planned, but it’s on hold for now.
