Major KLO bridge and roundabout project set to begin
One of the biggest single infrastructure projects in Kelowna in recent years is set to begin.
Crews will start the big KLO Road bridge replacement and roundabout project next week.
Work will begin on KLO Road between Leader Road and Hall Road. Two lanes of traffic will be maintained along KLO Road routing across the old bridge while the new bridge is constructed upstream.
Over the course of the entire project, single lane alternating traffic will be in effect at times along with intermittent closures of the Greenway. The public is being asked to consider alternate routes for their commute.
