BC United leader at town hall meeting in Vernon

Feb 5, 2024 | 6:00 AM

B.C. residents will be going to the polls in about eight months, which is a big reason why the leader of BC United will be in Vernon this week.

Kevin Falcon will hold a town hall meeting to outline his party’s platforms, and to get input on what the public would like to see.

“Join us for an evening of open discussion, debate, and a BC United Caucus vision for a stronger, healthier, and prosperous British Columbia,”‘ the event invitation stated.

Falcon, who is B.C.’s opposition leader, will speak at the Prestige Vernon Lodge from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 8.

There is no charge to get in.
