Police have issued an Amber Alert for a 3-year-old boy, who is suspected of being abducted. Phaivanh Correia Chanthabouala was last seen at B.C. Children’s Hospital in Vancouver.

The child is described as being two feet tall with black hair. He was last seen wearing a grey zip-up, with blue pants and red shoes.
