Club donates dollars to Rail Trail
The Rotary Club of Salmon Arm is the latest to get behind the Shuswap North Okanagan Rail Trail.
The service club is donating $10,000 for construction of the trail between Armstrong and Sicamous.
Rob Marshall from the club said they see the Rail Trail as a vital link to good health, quality of life and peace of mind.
“It will be a legacy asset to the region, and we anxiously await the completion of this much-anticipated trail,” said Marshall.
