Vernon Hornell

With great sadness the family of Vern Hornell announce his passing on February 25, 2022 at The Hamlets after a long illness.
Vern was predeceased by his parents Ed and Pauline Hornell as well as his siblings Phyllis, Ada and John. He is survived by his brother Bill, his wife Mary and children Pauline, Jan, Sue, Ann, Vern, Ross as well as extended family.
Vern spent 10 years in the Canadian Armed Forces and 30 years as a machinist. He enjoyed hockey, softball, working as volunteer fireman as well as camping and enjoying a coffee with friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Vern’s memory to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
