Annual Vernon ski swap set for Nov. 6

An upcoming community event will help you get ready for the upcoming ski season.

The 52nd annual Vernon Ski and Snowboard Swap will be held Saturday Nov. 6 at the Vernon Recreation Centre.

The event, which is a fundraiser for the non-profit Vernon Ski Club, is billed as the “biggest ski swap in the Interior.” It will feature outerwear, new and used skis, Nordic gear and snowboards.
