Local businesses raise over $1,000 for Special Olympics B.C. in silent auction

A bed and breakfast in Armstrong, in collaboration with a number of other local businesses, raised $1,000 for Special Olympics B.C. by participating in a silent auction in September.
The Bluegrass Farm in Armstrong worked in collaboration with a number of other local businesses to offer a North Okanagan experience package at the 2021 Newmont Invitational Golf Tournament’s silent auction.
Bluegrass partnered with Fieldstone Organics, Intrigue Wines, the BX Press, the Overlander Restaurant, the Small Axe Road House, the Village Cheese Company, the Fig and Wild Antho.
Together, they offered a four-night stay at the Bluegrass Farm B&B, and a picnic consisting of an organic basket, a cidery basket, Intrigue rose wine, and other local goods.
