It is with profound sadness that we have to announce the sudden passing of Clives beloved Wife, our mother, sister,aunt, grandmother, and most recently great-grandmother. Ann was 79 at the time of her passing, she was predeceased by her parents Bill and Evelyn Adams, sister Patsy and son Keith.
She leaves behind and will be dearly missed by the love of her life and Husband of 61 years Clive and their children Kathy Newman (Barry) Kelly Cumming (Doug) Kevin Porteous (Katie) her sister Margaret Schmidt, brother Bill Adams Jr (Cindy).    Eight grandchildren Jessica Hoyte(Robbie) Jennifer Ellison(Deryk) Jamie Newman (Cody) Travis Cumming, Montana Cumming (Conor) Chandler, Shelby and Domenik Porteous and one great-grandson Jackson Ellison along with numerous nieces/nephews, cousins and dear friends.
She was born and raised in the village of Lumby BC where she married her High School sweetheart Clive, they had a couple brief stops in New Hazelton and back in the Mabel Lake Valley before settling in Falkland where they raised their family. They retired to Vernon in 1991.
Ann was a  skilled seamstress, amazing cook, talented curler. She committed 100% into anything she would do and that included most prominently her family which was her pride and joy. She was the foundation upon which an endless amount of love was built.
Her beautiful nature and presence will be forever missed by those who were lucky enough to have  known her and received her unconditional love and true friendship.
