No evacuation alerts or orders in Enderby

The City of Enderby Emergency Operations Centre remains activated at Level 1 for wildfire monitoring, advance planning, and resource coordination.

There are no evacuation alerts or orders within city limits at this time.

Emergency Operations Centre staff are in daily communications with BC Wildfire incident command at the White Rock Lake wildfire.

The city is thanking Wildfire Service for its efforts and the Enderby & District Fire Department, which is providing patrol support to the Armstrong-Spallumcheen Fire Department.

In addition to preparing your grab-and-go bag and completing your household emergency plan, please do what you can to protect your property by making it “FireSmart.” You can download the below poster to help you work through the recommendations that will help protect your home in the event of a wildfire.
